Definition of terms

The following terms are used in this Agreement on Personal Data Processing:

• ‘Personal Data Processing’ – an action made with Personal Data through their collection, accumulation, systematization, recording, storage, alteration, updating, use, extraction, depersonalization, deletion, blocking, destruction;
• ‘Personal Data’ – information directly or indirectly related to an identified or identifiable individual as a Personal Data Subject;
• ‘Confidentiality of Personal Data’ – an obligation of the Company not to allow using processed Personal Data without the consent of the Personal Data Subject or without other legal grounds;
• ‘Cookies’ – special files stored on the User’s device subject to his/her own permission when browsing the website;
• ‘Company’ – Leonid Karagheaur Law Office or a person authorized by it that has the right to organize and carry out the processing of Personal Data, establish the purpose of processing and composition of the Personal Data to be processed, as well as other actions with Personal Data;
• ‘User’ – a person using the Website through the Internet or contacting the Company personally, by mail or by electronic means of communication;
• ‘Website’ – a website at https://apostila24.md.

General provisions

The Agreement on personal data processing on the website apostila24.md covers all information received by the Company from Users through the following communication channels:

• feedback form posted on the website;

• сorrespondence through communication programmes.

Received Personal Data are processed in full compliance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 133 of 7 July 2011 ‘On the protection of personal data and other regulations in this area’.

Purpose of processing and list of Personal data

ersonal Data processed by the Company includes name, surname, telephone number, as well as other information that the User wishes to provide. In addition, the Company receives and processes anonymous information about visitors of the Website from Internet statistics services, as well as using Cookies.

The Company stores and processes Personal Data subject only to the User’s voluntary consent, expressed in the acceptance of Cookies, as well as in the voluntary sending of Personal Data through the above communication channels.

The User’s Personal Data are processed in order to improve the quality of services provided by the Company. The Company may send to the User specific notices about new services and products, special promotions and various events, including informational materials. The User has the right to refuse to receive notices from the Company at any time by sending an email with the subject or text ‘STOP’ to the email address info@apostila24.md.

Storage and updating of Personal Data

The Company provides the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s Personal Data from accidental or illegal access, copying, alteration, blocking, destruction, distribution and other illegal actions by third parties. The period of storage of Personal Data is unlimited. The Company may delete the stored information about the User at any time, without notifying the User about it and without giving reasons.

The User’s Personal Data are not transferred to third parties, except as otherwise provided for by the legislation in force. If an inaccuracy is found in their own Personal Data, the User can update them by sending a notice to the Company at the email address info@apostila24.md, marked ‘Update of Personal Data’. The User is not obliged to update the information sent by him/her earlier and can do this only at his/her own request.

The Company shall not be responsible for the loss or disclosure of information related to the User’s Personal Data if this information:

• was disclosed by the User him/herself or subject to his/her consent;
• became publicly available for reasons beyond the control of the Company;
• was provided by a third party before it was provided by the User.
